Who am I and why this workshop
​I am a Leadership and Life Coach.
I help people become authentic and confident leaders, speed up their career growth, and overcome personal and professional challenges.
In the past few years I’ve worked with many people who have many years of experience but feel stuck due to multiple factors: limiting beliefs, inability to step out of their comfort zone, and underdeveloped people skills.
Over and over, I found people are holding on to similar beliefs that are like water to a fish i.e. the beliefs are so deeply embedded in their minds that people are unable to tell they exist but these underlying beliefs have a big impact on their confidence and professional growth.
In this workshop, I’ll help you break through subconscious thought patterns and teach you to create new ones in their place. This will change the foundation of how you see yourself and open up new possibilities for you at work.
